NorCal Skydiving Terms and Conditions

- Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Bookings and Payments
Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
Cancellation and Refunds: A $50 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled jump will incur an additional $50 fee per person.
- Participation Requirements
Age and Health: Participants must be at least 18 years old and meet health requirements.
Weight Limit: Maximum weight limit is 250 pounds. An additional fuel surcharge of $1 per pound over 200 pounds applies.
Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before skydiving.
- Safety and Conduct
Compliance: Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.
Behavior: Any behavior that poses a risk to safety will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

Media Release Policy
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE I understand and agree that any photos and/or video taken of me at Skydive NorCal, and/or by the “Released Parties,” or by any of their agents or representatives, may be used for promotional purposes by Skydive NorCal as it may see fit to do, for any use whatsoever. I further agree that none of the aforementioned “Released Parties, or their agents or representatives, shall be obligated to receive permission from me prior to the use of such photos and/or video. I further agree that no compensation shall be due to me, or to anyone claiming on my behalf, nor shall any compensation be paid to me, or to anyone claiming on my behalf, for any use of any photos and/or video taken of me during my “Skydiving Activities,” or during any incidental activities at or about Skydive NorCal facilities. I further hereby agree that any copyright for any such photos and/or video taken of me shall lie with Skydive NorCal, or their assignees, and none of such photos and/or video shall be considered to be a “work for hire.” I also consent to the use of my name in conjunction with any use of any such photo or video, without compensation to me, or to anyone claiming on my behalf.
